Core Strengthening

This is essential for generating force in punches, maintaining proper form, and staying balanced during movement. It also helps absorb impact, prevent injuries, and support quick rotational movements. 

Physical Conditioning

We offer physical conditioning training and nutrition information to improve participants’ physical health and reduce childhood obesity rates through exercise and nutrition.

Calisthenics enables the body to build strength, endurance, agility, and body control.

Jogging improves cardiovascular endurance, leg strength, stamina, and overall fitness.
